  • Monitor and manage payment incidents with PSPs, APMs, and reconciliations.
  • Lead incident triage with proper categorization, priority, and severity.
  • Own and track incidents end-to-end until resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, Risk, and Ops.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and operational gaps for improvements.
  • Document incident findings, workflows, and recurring solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Operations, Support, or Incident Management, fintech preferred.
  • Understanding of payment flows: authorizations, captures, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
  • Experience with Jira, Slack, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
