π― Requirements
- 2+ years in Operations, Support, or Incident Management, fintech preferred.
- Understanding of payment flows: authorizations, captures, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
- Experience with Jira, Slack, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
