Payments Migration Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy ISOs/gateways to our payments product.
• Partner with clients to map current payment workflows and design migration plans.
• Analyze merchant statements and craft proposals to maintain costs post-migration.
• Act as primary bridge between client and internal product, eng, and success teams.
• Serve as main migration contact, ensuring satisfaction and identifying future sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in payments-focused roles (Fintech, Merchant Services, SaaS) with migrations.
• In-depth understanding of ISOs, gateways (Stripe/PayPal/Adyen), and merchant accounts.
• Familiarity with API-based payment integrations and the technical flow of payment processing.
• Strong PCI-DSS compliance knowledge, security standards, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to translate payment concepts for customers.
• A contractor mentality—work independently, manage multiple timelines, and deliver results remotely.
