- Strong understanding of European payment systems and regulatory landscape (PSD2/PSD3, PCI DSS, AML/KYC).
- Negotiation and relationship management; analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
- English fluency; additional European languages a plus.
