  • Set up service providers and customers for payments.
  • Process invoices within defined service levels.
  • Handle Home Care Package admin in internal/external systems.
  • Review and approve high volumes of invoices and reimbursements.
  • Respond to inquiries on payments, billing and statements within SLA.
  • Update customer and provider account documentation with enquiry summaries.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in accounts administration or finance operations with high-volume processing.
  • Strong understanding of payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
  • Experience across multiple systems (CRM, accounting, ERP).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers and providers.
  • Experience in aged care, home care, or community services (desirable).
