Monitor payment performance across users and methods; triage alerts.
Serve as escalation point for complex inquiries from TAC and Product teams.
Interface with global financial partners to manage incidents and drive resolution.
Validate Stripe's financial data accuracy through analysis.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

3-7 years of experience in technical operations, payments ops, or fintech.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Deep understanding of end-to-end payment flows.
Experience investigating and resolving high-severity operational incidents.
Experience working with large-scale financial datasets; validating accuracy.
Experience writing and maintaining SOPs/runbooks to a high standard.
