Own the payment operations end-to-end for Odyssey programs
Ensure payment flows balance and clear across disbursements, wallets, and vendor payouts
Investigate and resolve payment exceptions (ACH, misdirected, failed disbursements)
Build and improve financial and operational records and systems
Analyze payment and operational data to identify trends and issues
Monitor KPIs and surface issues before they escalate

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, analytics, or related role
Exceptional attention to detail
Curious — you want to understand the business, not just tasks
Low ego, high output — willing to do unglamorous work and learn fast
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Preferred: payments workflows; BI tools Looker/Metabase/Tableau
