📋 Description

  • Act as technical escalation point for client issues.
  • Ensure software and payment hardware are provisioned for high performance.
  • Represent Accesso on incidents and coordinate internal/external communications.
  • Lead or assist with payment boarding and service configuration.
  • Deliver the client experience and feedback to dev/product teams.
  • Liaise with global partners to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Payment industry experience.
  • Understanding of POS payment systems.
  • Card Present / EMV knowledge.
  • E-commerce payments experience.
  • Understanding of alternative payments.
  • Terminal management and troubleshooting.
