📋 Description

• Review escalated customer accounts for payments fraud risk.
• Identify fraud trends from queues and share insights.
• Provide feedback on rule performance and risk logic.
• Proactively surface inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
• Assist in creating review processes and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months defending against internet-based risk in e-commerce/finance.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A passion for fighting fraud and abuse.
• Curiosity to self-drive investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, efficient execution.
