🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years as a qualified lawyer in-house and/or law firm, with financial institutions or tech transactions.
- Experience with financial services partnership transactions between banks and partners for unified products.
- Capable contract generalist, adept at drafting clear language and leading negotiations.
- Excellent English communication; ability to translate complex legal concepts to technical teams.
- Proficiency in Japanese and/or Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong judgment, project management, and ability to juggle priorities under deadlines.
