🎯 Requirements
- 6–10+ years in product management, esp. payments/fintech.

- Familiar with backend design and APIs; collaborate with engineering on architecture.
- Analytical, data-driven; uses metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region projects.
