Payment Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with card networks; ensure rules compliance.
• Support scoping, integrations, and onboarding for card networks and money-movement partners.
• Explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities with fintechs and networks.
• Assist in negotiating terms with new payment partners and set up integrations.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and share insights with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance via network partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in payments/fintech; exposure to card networks or money-movement partners.
• Strong relationship-building, collaborative; maintains positive internal/external relationships.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks with ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
• Understands business/product performance; interprets data and shares insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication; frames challenges and aligns partners.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, internally and externally.
