📋 Description

• Support payment screening, transaction monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Scale core operations across payments, risk, and customer support.
• Tackle fraud prevention and monitor unusual transaction patterns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Own ad-hoc operational projects as priorities shift.
• Deliver reliable, compliant payment experiences for users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field.
• 2-4 years in analytical/support/operations with customer-facing work.
• Familiarity with card payments, refunds, disputes, KYC, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; able to assess risk and make judgments.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Nice to have: Stripe, Airwallex, Adyen; Spanish proficiency preferred.
