• You will support payment screening, monitoring, fraud, and dispute resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tech, Ops, or related field.
• 2-4 years in analytical, support, or ops with customer contact.
• Familiar with payment ops: cards, refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and risk judgment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and broad responsibilities.
