  • Payment screening to prevent fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Monitor transactions to detect unusual patterns and risks.
  • Fraud & risk management: investigate, document, escalate suspicious activity.

  • Cross-functional ops with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, Ops, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in analytical/support/ops with a customer-facing component.
  • Familiarity with payment operations: cards, refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Nice to have: Stripe, Airwallex, Adyen; Spanish proficiency.
