π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, Ops, or related field.
- 2-4 years in analytical/support/ops with a customer-facing component.
- Familiarity with payment operations: cards, refunds, disputes, KYC, reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Nice to have: Stripe, Airwallex, Adyen; Spanish proficiency.
