📋 Description

  • Support customers via Zendesk; troubleshoot and resolve payment issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years in payments-focused customer service.
  • 9AM–5PM GMT; Mon–Fri.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented; strong ownership.
  • Office presence: 3 days/week; occasional after-hours.
