📋 Description

  • Support customers via Intercom; troubleshoot and resolve payment issues.
  • Partner with customer and payment provider teams for timely resolutions.
  • Prioritize queues to deliver great experience within SLAs.
  • Design and document payment ops processes to enable scale.
  • Collaborate with providers, Eng & Product; keep clients updated.
  • Support ad-hoc projects for the payment operations team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years in customer service with payments experience
  • Available 9AM–5PM PST, Mon–Fri
  • Excellent communication; know when to escalate
  • Must work from the office at least 3 days a week
  • Willingness to learn new skills
