🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years in customer service with payments experience
- Available 9AM–5PM PST, Mon–Fri
- Excellent communication; know when to escalate
- Must work from the office at least 3 days a week
- Willingness to learn new skills
