🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in payment or card operations
- Experience with card processors, reconciliation, and network formats
- Strong SQL and data-driven problem solving
- Experience building or improving operational tooling and automation
- Knowledge of network mandates, BINs, and card lifecycle operations
- Clear communicator across teams; fintech exp a plus in fast-moving env
