Own end-to-end payment ops lifecycle: monitoring, reconciliation, settlements, refunds, disputes.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and controls across payment flows.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythms.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk & Fraud, Finance, and Support to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
4+ years in payment ops, fintech, or financial operations.
Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, lifecycles, and reconciliation.
Ability to manage complexity, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Highly analytical with attention to detail and practical problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable owning end-to-end processes and driving improvements as the business scales.
