📋 Description

• Stablecoin mint and burn workflows under strict controls.
• Daily end-of-day reconciliations across stablecoin issuance.
• Four-eyes (maker-checker) controls with audit-ready evidence.
• Timestamped records and immutable logs for audit/regulatory review.
• Coordinate with Product, Treasury, Finance, and Security for safe issuance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across bank accounts and ledgers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in payment ops, financial ops, reconciliation, or accounting (crypto a plus).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong operational judgement.
• Comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical ability: investigate, hypothesize, validate with data.
• Clear communicator; cross-functional coordination and escalation.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
