🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring or financial services, or a related regulated environment
- Strong understanding of payment network rules, banking regulations, and compliance or risk management requirements
- Experience leading complex programs end-to-end, including defining scope and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; translate complex requirements into actionable guidance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with quality
