  • Experience with CRM, payment, or case management systems; Freshdesk advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operating systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented with risk, compliance, and SLA focus.
