🎯 Requirements

- Deep SaaS implementation knowledge in payer contexts (Medicaid, etc.).
- Proven ability to build repeatable processes and manage risk.
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity.
