  • Lead end-to-end post-sales with proactive engagement, adoption, churn mitigation.

  • CS/AM experience in complex B2B SaaS (Payroll preferred).
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
  • Identify churn risk early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Ops.
  • CRM + Vitally as SSOT (system of record).
  • AI-assisted drafting with validation against source docs.
