  • Own renewals, churn mitigation, and SMB motions end-to-end; escalate with context.
  • Provide timely updates; run structured operating rhythms; align DRIs across Sales.
  • Drive onboarding/adoption outcomes; create milestones and track progress.
  • Identify churn signals early; run mitigation plans; escalate with clear asks.
  • Surface upsell/cross-sell signals during QBRs; route to Sales/AMs.
  • Maintain Vitally + Salesforce as SSOT; clean handovers per SOPs.

  • CS/AM experience in complex B2B SaaS (Payroll preferred) or comparable.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
  • Identify churn risk early and execute mitigation plans.
  • Comfort coordinating across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Ops.
  • CRM + Vitally hygiene as system of record (SSOT).
  • AI fluency: uses AI for prep, drafting; verifies facts against source docs.
