- Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
- Identify churn risk early and execute mitigation plans.
- Comfort coordinating across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Ops.
- CRM + Vitally hygiene as system of record (SSOT).
- AI fluency: uses AI for prep, drafting; verifies facts against source docs.
