And here's the fun part: we're new to Workday, so if you've mastered the Payroll or Time Tracking modules, we need your expertise to help us hit the ground running! Your knowledge in this area is a must-have as we navigate this exciting journey together.

🧑💻Supporting our peopleBe the go-to hero for employees, managers, and People Ops when it comes to all things Workday.
📞First-line fixerAct as the first point of contact for HCM-related queries and system access — solving problems before they become blockers.
🔍Data detectiveRun audits and resolve data discrepancies to keep our systems squeaky clean and accurate.
🔐Access guruManage user access and support tickets like a pro, ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it.
📚Documentation wizardCreate and maintain SOPs and system documentation that make complex processes crystal clear.
🎓Training trailblazerLead engaging training sessions and workshops to empower our teams to get the most out of Workday.
🚀Release captainOwn release updates and lead testing efforts like a champ — keeping us ahead of the curve.
🛡️Compliance championEnsure our HCM practices are fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other key regulations.

- Sufficient experience in People Systems/HRIS, Especially in Workday.
- Hands-on knowledge with the Payroll Workday module with experience on an additional 4 other modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, etc.).
- Bonus points for Workday implementation experience and Workday Pro Certifications.
- Excel wizardry and Microsoft Office mastery.
- A customer-first mindset and a love for solving problems.
- A knack for handling sensitive data with care and confidentiality.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease.

- Basic Salary range between $85,000 - $105,000( dependent on experience )
