What is the day in the life of a Senior Account Manager - Advertising? Hands-on execution and optimisation of SEM accountsTest, scale and optimise campaigns in Amazon Ads and other retail media and other channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and Tiktok Ads and AffiliatesAnalyse and optimise existing campaigns including campaign structure, keyword research, negative keywords, bid adjustments, creating new campaigns, writing compelling ad copy, audience targeting and any other optimisation required to drive revenue and salesOngoing management of monthly budgets across client accountsCommunicating with clients via email, calls and face to face meetings to provide insightsIdentify insights and opportunities that feed into development of strategies which meet client expectations and growth targetsDaily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure revenue and sales objectives are metDeliver weekly, monthly, yearly reporting in line with Pattern’s reporting frameworkCompetitor analysisWork closely with the SEO and Analytics teams to drive integrated strategy and insightsProvide specialist SEM advice to Pattern team and feeding into consulting projects as required What will I need to thrive in this role: Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a hands-on Search Engine Marketing role, preferably within an agency2:1/1st degree or aboveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience executing campaigns across SEM (including AdWords, Amazon sponsored Ads)Experience executing remarketing, prospecting and paid social campaigns is a bonusExcellent attention to detailAnalytical with an eye for insightsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and data interpretationExperience working with retail/ecommerce clients (desirable) What is the hiring process?
