🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years in merchandising, assortment planning, buying, or related analytics.
- Experience in ecommerce/marketplaces (D2C, Walmart.com, or similar).
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-moving apparel ecommerce environment.
- Commitment to ethics, brand integrity, and customer satisfaction.
