What is a day in the life of an Affiliates Executive?
Execute the Affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients, including uploading offers to platforms, negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners, coordinating campaign activity, analysing performance, generating reports, and delivering end-of-month
summaries.Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
Assist the Senior Affiliates Manager to develop Pattern’s Affiliates product offering in line with best in class, and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channel
Be involved in the account management of all Affiliate clients
Actively stay up to date with new affiliate trends and platform updates
Assist in preparing new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking, best practice approach and product offering

What will I need to thrive in this role?
2-3 years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency
1-2 years of ecommerce implementation across Affiliates channels including account management
A background in developing relationships with both internal and client side stakeholders at various levels
Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Rakuten, Commission Factory, Impact & GA4
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills
Experience with Google Docs/Drive, Excel & Google Analytics
