We’re looking for a systems-savvy, process-driven leader to join our TikTok Shop team as the
Affiliate Outreach, Ops & Systems Manager. This is not your average affiliate manager role — you’ll be the architect behind how we scale creator recruitment, build outreach flows, grow Discord communities, manage tracking and payout systems, and oversee operational efficiency across our growing affiliate program. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, content, and overseas support teams to drive high-volume, high-velocity creator campaigns.
