Patient Support Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a Patient Support team to ensure timely medication adherence.
• Coordinate hospital and clinic support to ensure on-time medication delivery.
• Ensure service level goals are met and provide coaching.
• Oversee HR admin (ADP, PTO, time reports) and onboarding.
• Lead meetings and document notes for collaboration with clinical teams.
• Establish efficient, data-driven workflows and support special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered and nationally certified as a CPhT; commit to required certifications.
• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong leadership experience (team lead or equivalent) leading others.
• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred or in progress.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); EMR/pharmacy systems knowledge.
