Lead the team to meet service level goals and deliver high-quality care.
Oversee ADP, PTO, and Time Reports for team members.
Audit team workflows and enforce efficient processes.
Coordinate collaboration calls/meetings with hospital partners and clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered Pharmacy Technician with CPhT; certs updated as needed.
3+ years pharmacy tech experience; 3-5+ in Specialty Pharmacy.
Strong leadership experience; able to lead other team members.
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred/ongoing.
Proficient in MS Excel/Word; strong communication skills.
Familiarity with Willow/QS1/RX30 EMR systems; travel up to 20% if needed.
