Provide front-line coaching and performance management.
Coordinate collaboration calls with hospital partners and clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered pharmacy technician with national CPhT certification.
3+ years as pharmacy technician; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
Leadership experience (team lead or similar) required.
Education: High School diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred.
Proficient with Excel/Word; data manipulation.
Experience with EMR systems (Willow/Qs1/RX30) and 20% travel.
