Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates.
Ensure medication adherence and timely prior authorization support.
Proactively manage hospital/clinic support to ensure on-time medication delivery.
Lead the Patient Support team to meet service level goals and high-quality care.
Oversee time reporting, PTO, and audits for the team.
Coach, supervise, and develop team performance; coordinate cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered pharmacy technicians with CPhT certification.
3+ years pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ in Specialty Pharmacy).
Strong leadership experience (Team Lead or similar).
High School diploma / GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with EMR systems Willow, Qs1, RX30 is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as remote position flexibility may require.
