Directly lead and manage a Patient Support team to ensure medication adherence and prior authorization support.
Proactively manage support in hospitals and clinics to ensure on-time medications.
Lead the team to meet service level goals and deliver high-quality care.
Oversee ADP, PTO, and Time Reports for team members.
Complete audits of supported systems to ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate collaboration with hospital partners and clinical teams; maintain notes.

🎯 Requirements

State-licensed pharmacy technicians with CPhT certification.
3+ years pharmacy tech experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
Proven leadership experience (Team Lead or similar).
Education: High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
Strong communication and coaching skills; able to train others.
MS Office (Excel/Word) and EMR systems (Willow/QS1/RX30) a plus.
