🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ yrs preferred)
- State-registered and nationally certified as a CPhT
- Experience leading teams (Team Lead or equivalent)
- Education: HS diploma/GED; BA preferred or in progress
- Willing to travel up to 20% if needed
- Able to supervise remote and on-site teams and coach performance
