  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred (business admin or healthcare).
  • 3-5+ years people leadership experience with 30+ team members.
  • 5+ years pharmacy/healthcare/payor experience.
  • 3-5+ years in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Willow/QS1/RX30 systems is a plus.
