📋 Description

  • Front desk duties: check in/out, verify insurance, prep tests, and paperwork.
  • Contribute to team development via rounding, huddles, problem-solving, ad hoc support.
  • Answer calls from patients and providers, triage to the appropriate person.
  • Read and process referrals and authorizations from PCPs and specialists.
  • Keep patient records up to date and organized for high-quality care.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers: typing, internet, and multiple software systems
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
  • Nice to have: healthcare experience
  • Nice to have: ability to speak multiple languages
