📋 Description

  • Lead and supervise the Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists for hospital-based pharmacies.
  • Coach team on calling best practices, listening, and addressing patient concerns.
  • Audit DialPad, TelemetryRX, EMR, and other systems to ensure effective communications and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, escalations, and workflow with hospital partners and site managers.
  • Develop efficient workflows between Outreach, Onboarding, and liaison teams; collaborate with clinical integration.
  • Oversee staffing tasks (ADP, PTO, time reporting) and provide ongoing coaching and training.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership potential; organized, detail-oriented, with interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Excellent phone skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); able to learn other database programs; Willow/QS1/RX30 knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to manage high-urgency environments; effective at handling escalations and collaborating with hospital partners.
  • Experience managing ADP, PTO, and time reporting for team members.
