Proactively grow specialty pharmacy patient population via outbound calls and enroll them with Shields Partner Pharmacy.
Educate patients on services offered by Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program.
Communicate with patients by phone and explain why Shields Partner Pharmacy is superior.
Access EMR and review chart notes prior to outbound calls.
Identify medications needing special storage/handling (hazardous or refrigerated).
Flexible shifts: M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM; occasional Sat 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

🎯 Requirements

Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license and national cert (PTCB/ExCPT).
0-1 years as Pharmacy Technician or related; HS diploma; degree/PTCB/ExCPT preferred.
Strong verbal communication and phone skills; ability to build rapport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to access EMR and review chart notes.
Flexible shifts; independent work; patient advocacy.
