Outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in Shields Partner Pharmacy.
Communicate with patients by phone and explain why Shields Partner Pharmacy is superior.
Access patient EMR and review notes prior to calls to tailor outreach.
Identify medications requiring special storage/handling and related supplies.
Flexible shifts: M-F hours; occasional Saturdays.

🎯 Requirements

HS diploma or GED required; BA/PTCB/ExCPT preferred.
0-1 years’ Pharmacy Technician or related experience.
PTCB/ExCPT certification preferred; licensure to be obtained if applicable.
Prior customer service/outbound call experience.
Strong verbal communication and phone skills; ability to explain benefits of Shields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
