Patient Engagement Specialist

📋 Description

• Proactively coordinate medication refills, data entry, and claim adjudication.
• Make outbound patient refill calls and complete refill requests.
• Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist and/or clinician.
• Identify medications requiring special handling or storage.
• Update data using database applications and keep records accurate.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Pharmacy Technician experience with adjudicating claims.
• State registered as Pharmacy Technician; National CPhT preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication; proficient with MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work remotely and support remote teams.
• Willingness to obtain required licensure within agreed timeframe.
