Patient Coordinator

📋 Description

• Work with Nurse Coordinator to support existing customers.
• Assess patient needs focusing on support, logistics and problem solving.
• Maintain service-oriented relationships with patients.
• Ensure data/analysis requests are addressed promptly.
• Manage tools like QlikView and Salesforce.
• Identify and grow patient relationships to schedule testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years call center experience (inbound/outbound)
• 2+ years sales experience
• Medical or biological sciences background preferred
• Outgoing with excellent oral/presentation skills
• Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
• Strong MS Excel and quantitative skills
• Able to educate patients about our technology
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
