📋 Description

  • Serve as inside sales partner to Field Sales, advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption.
  • Build long-term consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing.
  • Identify, nurture, and progress patient opportunities from initial contact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience, remote or phone-based.
  • Experience in outbound and inbound sales or call center roles with measurable goals.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory or book of business and link activities to pipeline.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Background in medical, diagnostic, or biological sciences preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
