📋 Description

  • Inside sales partner to Field Sales supporting territory strategies and pipeline.
  • Proactively manage inbound/outbound patient outreach to drive testing adoption.
  • Build and maintain consultative patient relationships to drive repeat testing.
  • Identify, nurture, and progress patient opportunities from initial contact to testing completion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and BI data for interactions and pipeline (Salesforce, PowerBI).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years inside sales experience in remote/phone-based environment.
  • 2+ years outbound and inbound sales or call center roles with measurable goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage territory or book of business and pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Background in medical, diagnostic, or biological sciences preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
