📋 Description

  • Handle inbound calls from patients enrolling in Everlywell products and services.
  • Provide email and phone support for patients, answering tests and orders questions.
  • Handle client emails pertaining to lab issues promptly and accurately, with documentation and follow-up.
  • Make outbound notification calls to patients with abnormal/critical lab results per protocols.
  • Facilitate patient/physician interactions to support continuity and coordination of care.
  • Assist with scheduling and appointment setting for diagnostic testing and follow-up care.

🎯 Requirements

  • On-phone/call center customer service experience required; healthcare preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service with direct interactions; healthcare/telehealth a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree in progress preferred.
