- Provide email and phone support for patients, answering tests and orders questions.
- Handle client emails pertaining to lab issues promptly and accurately, with documentation and follow-up.

- Facilitate patient/physician interactions to support continuity and coordination of care.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment setting for diagnostic testing and follow-up care.
🎯 Requirements
- On-phone/call center customer service experience required; healthcare preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service with direct interactions; healthcare/telehealth a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive required.
- Bachelor’s degree or degree in progress preferred.
