📋 Description

  • Deliver warm, empathetic, and professional customer care at every interaction.
  • Greet clients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Triage multi-line phone calls and coordinate scheduling.
  • Care for hospitalized/boarding patients: feed, walk, observe.
  • Safely restrain pets for exams, treatments, imaging, and procedures.

  • Experience providing patient care in emergencies.
