📋 Description

  • Deliver warm, empathetic customer care at every interaction.
  • Greet clients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Feed, walk, bathe, and observe hospitalized or boarding patients.
  • Safely restrain pets for exams, treatments, imaging, and procedures.
  • Collect/label diagnostic samples; assist with surgery prep and imaging.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments; stock exam and treatment areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • One or more years' experience in a veterinary support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide patient care in emergencies under pressure.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Positive, team-first attitude and a passion for a welcoming environment.
  • Stand for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
