Patient and Customer Care Representative

📋 Description

• Deliver warm, empathetic, and professional customer care at every interaction.
• Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments and follow-ups.
• Assist with feeding, walking, bathing, and observing hospitalized/boarding patients.
• Safely restrain pets for exams, treatments, imaging, and procedures.
• Collect and label diagnostic samples; assist with surgery prep and imaging.
• Maintain clean reception areas and treatment spaces; follow infection-control protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of experience in a veterinary support role.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive team-first attitude and a welcoming environment.
• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience providing patient care in emergency situations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
