📋 Description

  • Deliver warm, empathetic customer care at every interaction.
  • Greet clients; check-in/out; schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Assist with pet care tasks: feed, walk, observe in hospital.
  • Safely restrain pets for exams, treatments, imaging, and procedures.
  • Collect/label diagnostic samples; assist with surgery prep, imaging, diagnostics.
  • Maintain clean reception, exam rooms, kennels; follow infection-control protocols.
  • Stand, walk, and move throughout the hospital; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate around anesthesia, imaging, and potential infectious agents; follow safety procedures.

🎯 Requirements

  • One+ years of experience in a veterinary support role.
  • Experience providing patient care in emergencies or high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Positive, team-first attitude; welcoming demeanor.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with veterinary Practice Management Systems.
