📋 Description

  • Deliver warm, empathetic, and professional customer care at every interaction.
  • Greet clients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and triage calls.
  • Feed, walk, bathe, and observe hospitalized or boarding patients.
  • Safely restrain pets for exams, treatments, imaging, and procedures.
  • Collect/label diagnostic samples; assist with surgery prep, imaging, and diagnostics.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment; keep exam and treatment areas stocked and organized.

🎯 Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in a veterinary support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide patient care in emergency situations and under high pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Positive, team-first attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
